hmmm..proper post for today..
at last i've finished reading the novel...
its about a girl name Mariam who is an illegitimate child...
her father who has three wives is ashamed to consider Mariam his child and let her and her mother,Nana stay faraway from them..
but Mariam beleives what her father told about her...
all her mother stories she take that her mother's lying as her mother sometime talk harshly about her..
so when Mariam turn 15, she decided to go to his father house during her birthday..
her mother stop her and threaten her tat she'll die if Mariam continues her journey..
but Mariam went on..
he never met his father as his father is too ashamed..
and Mariam went home in despair plus disappointed..
and even sad when she saw her mother died hanging at the tree..
she blamed herself..
her father brought her home and married her to an old man...
at first her husband was good to her..
however things changed when Mariam lost her child during pregnancy..
her husband had been longing for a boy as his son was dead..
on the other hand Laila was very small..
she had grew up together with Tariq whom she love..
however due to the war, Tariq decided to leave the country...
and Laila parents died while she had only sustain minor injuries...
Mariam's husband found her...
and tats when her husband plan to lie to Laila by bribing someone to say tat Tariq had died..
and that poin of time Laila was pregnant with Tariq's child..
so to avoid being shamed she agreed to marry Mariam's husband..
Her husband's changed too when Laila gave birth to a daughter...
but soon she gave birth to a boy...
but things never changed...
and one day, Tariq when to her house and meet Laila..
her son told his father and they got a big fight which led Mariam in killing her own husband and sentenced to death...
Laila and tariq got married and lead a happy life after the war...
alright....actually i'm writing tis story to prepare myself for the book review..
at least i know what i going to talk...
but b4 tat i need to talk about something else since i'm sick on Mon..
